Lols I can't believe I cried for that place.
Haix.
At about 4 today decided to go take a walk.
I went past that place.
That place which had held memories.
That place which I had played with my friends.
That place where I felt a heartbreak.
That place where i almost broke my toe.
Why is this place so special?
To those who live in Cactus Road, I suppose you noe the Park?
Seriously today when I walk inside the park, it still remains as beautiful as ever.
Children playing at the playground.
Trees as green as ever.
People joggin and cycling.
But the thing missing was...my friends.
We used to play soccer at the field...
Everyday when I went there it was always lively with people running around but today there was nobody...
That park...where I had also spent one Lantern Festival there and for that reason I did not go out with my other friends. That night, there was a lot of fire.Then even in the night, we played soccer.
Then there is this monsoon drain where we used to go to explore...
We burned stuffs and everything...Even an umbrella!!
After PSLE, the first thing we did was to play soccer there...We stayed there the entire afternoon...Everyone had been so happy then...
But as we enter Sec1, school activities came up and we went less often...
To the point that we never went at all...
Now in Sec2...We dun even talk to each other anymore...It seems like the two years worth of friendship is gone just like that...
And for that...I dropped a tear...
This park has indeed been a place of value for me and my friends...But I suppose I am the only one who does uphold it...Nonetheless these are my frens...
